I’m Cali, and I offer supportive and gentle online & in-person yoga classes designed uniquely for you—practice on your time, in your space.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over two decades. In 2020, I chose to deepen my practice, becoming a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher.

This journey has cultivated a profound awareness of the present moment, teaching me to meet each experience with mindfulness, intention, and compassion. My approach to teaching reflects this philosophy, creating a space where individuals can connect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and explore the deeper layers of self.

Yoga isn’t just movement—it’s a path of discovery, where each breath and each posture leads to a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

My live, one-on-one, online yoga classes are designed for anyone who finds it challenging to maintain a consistent practice—whether it’s due to a busy lifestyle, work commitments, family responsibilities, or simply the preference to practice from the comfort of your own space, anytime, anywhere.

In-Person Classes

If you're in the Tillamook area, I offer private and small group in-person sessions. These classes are a space to move, breathe, and reconnect in real life—free from screens and distractions. Whether you’re just getting started or looking for a grounding practice close to home or you are on vacation, these sessions offer an intentional pause and a supportive space to explore your practice.
